Gourmetmealjournal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
9. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
